例1：
When I was a child, I was very introvert and showed not the least interest either in activities or in talking with friends or adults. All I wanted to do was reading, from fairy tales to science fiction, from history to geography. Although my parents often complained about my character, I enjoyed reading so much and I still do today, for I believe reading is the best way to learn.

When I was younger, I hated being the oldest child and only girl in my family. I can still remember telling my mom how I wished I was the youngest and had a sister instead. One of my friends is a manager of famous computer company and earns $10,000 a month, almost ten times that of my salary, Last week, he called to borrow some money from me because he couldn’t manage to pay his apartment rent of this month. At first, I couldn’t believe him, but then I got to know that he just spends every penny he earns every month. I proudly lent him the money and reminded him of the importance of saving money.
